Juvenile Justice Center School

JJCS is a Miami-Dade County Public School under the Division of Educational Opportunities (DEO), providing structured, high-quality education for adjudicated youth in grades 6–12.

Our motto "We Care" drives everything we do — from aligning our curriculum with M-DCPS standards to providing the individualized support each student needs to succeed both inside and beyond the detention experience.

From credit recovery and social-emotional learning to DJJ collaboration and re-entry planning, every service we offer is built around one belief: every student deserves a second chance.
